First education – medical. Specializations: psychiatry, psychotherapy, organization, and management of health care. I started my professional career in 1994 as a psychiatrist in a specialized facility; later worked in decision-making positions in the institutions of the health care system of Ukraine. Since the year 2003, I got licensed for private medical practice. In psychotherapy, I prefer a psychodynamic approach in the context of analytic psychology and psychoanalysis.
A natural psychotherapy practice follow-up was the interest in coaching and other forms of work with mental processes in a social, professional context. Since 2008, I began working with organizations within team building, improving communication productivity, reducing stress, and overcoming conflict, supporting organizational change, developing and improving the qualities of top managers and others.
Further education was in the system of supervision. I am taking part in supervisors’ and group psychotherapists’ educational project of the L’viv Psychoanalytic Institute of Mental Health and the educational program of ANSE in Ukraine – ‘Supervision and coaching in the context of organizations.’
