Master’s degree in Journalism (2008) Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
2008 – 2018: I worked as an HR manager, and the last few years worked in development and training areas (establishing corporate training, internal processes, and approaches). In this context, I get interested in coaching. While working as a coach, I sought the knowledge and skills, which psychotherapists used to have: at first for the adequate formulation of the request, and later – for being able to work with the client. That is how I became interested in CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy). While learning, I decided to gain knowledge in other related areas, such as Schema therapy and couples therapy – direction of EFT (Emotionally focused therapy).
Areas of activity, experience, current activities
coaching, psychotherapy (CBT, Emotionally focused therapy for couples, Schema therapy), adults education, curriculum development, setting corporate training.
HR-manager since 2008
coach since 2015
psychotherapist since 2018
Types of counseling, counseling approaches
team and group coaching
I especially like group and teamwork (for example, coaching team productivity); in individual practice, I work with professional identification and [the concept of] ‘srodna pratsia’ (true calling), motivation, conflict, and development.
